About me

Profilbild

I'm a long-time expert in machine learning and deep learning applications. My focus is on unstructured data, such as image data, and cloud-native database systems like Snowflake and Databricks. As a data scientist, I use Python to bring order to chaos and create the best conditions for successful AI training. My experience as a machine learning engineer then enables targeted training and rapid optimization of the models. Using C#, I can subsequently design desktop and browser applications for greater user-friendliness. The trained models are then integrated into these applications in the background and represent the AI’s output.

I place particular emphasis on software design based on best practices and clear documentation.

Most of my programming and data analysis is done in Python, that's the easiest way to train neural networks on graphics cards and thereby significantly speed up this process. The models can be saved in a universal format and then integrated into a wide variety of user interfaces that run reliably on different operating systems without any additional requirements. Alternatively, you can also use web interfaces and deploy the models locally on premise or in the cloud , to access the models from anywhere via the internet. Depending on the application, a different solution may be appropriate, which needs to be tailored to your specific needs. I provide graphical user interfaces and desktop applications with C# (.NET framework) , here, too, the design depends on your application and the project requirements.

Conducting project meetings and giving presentations in English is just as much a part of my service as providing practical support for local businesses in Saxony. Whether your company is based in Dresden, Berlin, Munich, or San Diego, I look forward to joint projects, including those in an international context..

You can find examples of smaller programming projects on my GitHub Profile.
